Election Integrity

In February 2021, I led the effort in the LD20 Republican Committee with our district’s Unanimous Censure against Paul Boyer for his refusal to hold Maricopa County Board of Supervisors in contempt. I also led the effort persuading the Maricopa County Republican Committee to adopt our LD20 Censure against Boyer and it passed with 90% support. This contempt resolution stopped by Boyer would have enforced the law against Maricopa County Board of Supervisors for failing to turn over voting machines and ballots from the November 2020 election.

Under my leadership, LD20 censured Paul Boyer again, when he refused to vote for another contempt resolution. The Maricopa County Board Supervisors failed to comply with subpoenas for routers, logs, network diagrams, voter databases, documents, ballot envelopes, login credentials & etc. Due to the wonderful precinct/state committeemen of LD20 and my relentless pursuit for election integrity; Paul Boyer is not running for re-election.

Despite the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors continuous ongoing unconstitutional attempts to stop the audit, the Arizona State Senate’s audit on the November 2020 election was able to proceed and it’s findings have been sent to the Arizona State Attorney General. I do support decertification and/or nullification of the 2020 Biden AZ presidential electors.

I will fight for you and action changes to six primary Arizona Revised Statutes: A.R.S 16-161, A.R.S 16-515, A.R.S 16-550, A.R.S 16-621, A.R.S 16-650 and A.R.S 16-676. In 2019, I made a recommendation for legislation that would allow citizens to record election workers; now in 2022 that bill was in the government & elections committee for the 55th legislative session. John Fillmore blocked this election integrity bill in committee and was defeated in his 2022 Republican primary. Without changes on these state laws, we could face the same unconstitutional activity in our state against our votes in every Arizona election going forward. I also support Arizonans for Voter ID ballot initiative 2022.

Protecting our elections, preventing foreign interference, improving election administration and preventing voter fraud are indispensable. To show how critically important they are I delivered a Election Integrity Rally Speech at Turf Paradise.

Unconstitutional Government Shutdowns/Mandates/Mask/Vaccine Orders

In 2020, I called out Governor Doug Ducey repeatedly for his unconstitutional executive orders against the Great People of LD20 and the citizens of Arizona. Even the Superior Court of Arizona agreed with me, ruling Ducey’s executive orders were unconstitutional.

The governor, mayors & county officials of Arizona need to be restrained from mandating shutdowns, forcing masks on the public & guidance on health. No single official in Arizona should have unilateral power over the health of legal US or Arizona citizens. The 1st amendment, 4th amendment, 5th amendment, 6th amendment and 14th amendment takes precedence over any official’s executive order.

I call out Joe Biden frequently as well for his unconstitutional mandates against all Americans.

1st Amendment

The freedom of speech, freedom of religion, free exercise, our right of the people to peaceably assemble and petition the government is what makes our state & country great. It makes us the greatest nation on Earth! To commemorate the precedence of these personal rights, I delivered a 1st Amendment Rally Speech at a Barbershop I help save at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Education & Parental Rights

I attended public, private and charter schools. My parents very early on, put my education first because they knew it would put me in a position to be successful and have a prosperous future. Unfortunately, in today’s times, education has been turned into a political weapon being used by the left to leave our children behind, and set them up for failure. NO Critical Race Theory, 1619 project, Social Emotional Learning or any other schemes to indoctrinate any children. We need to do everything we can to put our children first. The priority should be how our children perform in math, reading, science, english, history and listening to parents. Nothing else.

I will continue fighting for parental rights & our children’s future to give every child the best education possible.

Jobs

I believe in getting the government out of the way, so the private sector can do its work. The government should be focused on deregulation, promoting wealth in opportunity zones and ensuring our workers can be trained for the future. We need more vocational training programs to prepare our workers to enter information technology, construction, civil engineering & all other economic sectors.

I will fight for our workers in Arizona & restrain government from continuous interference.

2nd Amendment

Borders

I have a zero tolerance policy on immigration. I do not support amnesty, expanding temporary protection status, giving permanent legal status to DACA/Dreamers or expanding any of the Immigration Nationality Act. Finish the Wall. I will vote NO on any budget, bill or appropriation funding for aliens; including but not limited to housing, education (tuition/school district resources) and supplemental nutritional assistance. With small exceptions (in reference to national security) all Alien entry into the United States should be suspended until we can account for how many illegal aliens are currently living in the United States. Our borders hurt economic growth in the United States, jobs for legal US citizens, weighs down our infrastructure, puts a strain on our state’s resources and ultimately provides a vehicle to foreign aliens who would like to do us harm. It is widely known that Immigration puts downward pressure on low wage workers who are legal citizens of the United States. In 2021, I took 2 US Border trips to Lochiel and Nogales, Arizona. In 2022, I took additional US Border trips to the CBP Andrade station and to Algodones viewing the open wall gaps at our border in Yuma County, Arizona.

As your America first Republican, I will always fight for American citizens first and put America first in everything I do including our US Border!

Fighting against Joe Biden’s inflation: gas/food/rent price hike

Joe Biden is the individual responsible for raising your prices on gas, food & rent. On January 25th 2021, five days after Joe Biden was handed the White House; Biden halted construction of the Keystone XL and Dakota pipelines. The impact of this decision was felt immediately. On January 27th 2021, Joe Biden wrote executive order 14008 section 208 commanding his Secretary of the Interior to “ pause new oil & natural gas leases on public lands or offshore waters. ” Even Joe Biden’s own Secretary of the Interior admits ” pause in new oil & gas lease sales gives us space to look at the federal fossil fuel programs that haven’t been meaningfully examined or modernized in decades. ” With these 2 actions, it has 1) decreased supply, 2) increased demand and 3) raised your prices. The United States was the world’s largest producer of oil and gas under President Donald J Trump but with Biden’s actions it has caused inflation around the world and in Phoenix we have the highest inflation rate in the United States. Our district, state & country is feeling the pain of these sky high prices.

I will fight to eliminate taxes on gas, food & rent.

Protecting our Constitutional rights from LGBTQ political activism

I believe marriage is between one man and one woman. Many people disagree and it’s okay to agree to disagree. With that said, many faith believers & those who believe in traditional male/female genders have found themselves under attack in the United States since the 2015 Obergefell v Hodges US Supreme Court decision. Here are 10 sources on how legalizing gay marriage allowed transgender identity expansion. When the city government is willing to fine a Christian business owner $2,500 with 6 months in jail due to the owner’s religious belief, when school boards are being pressured to adopt transgender curriculum, when state legislatures are passing transgender curriculum as law, when men are taking over Women’s sports or when a Christian baker has been sued three times by the same activists in his state; I would say it’s no longer about civil unions.

Abortion

Margaret Sanger was a racist who wanted to sterilize and exterminate babies living in the United States. Sanger started Abortion/Birth Control clinics in the United States and even convinced Pastors to allow her to persuade congregations to soften on the issue. For decades, year after year the Democratic Party has not only hid these facts, but openly lied about it. Margaret Sanger is the founder of Planned Parenthood. Countless amounts of Democrats have accepted campaign donations from Planned Parenthood. Not until 2020, did Planned Parenthood admit these facts about Sanger being a racist and therefore Democrats began to distance themselves from PPFA.

I do not and will not support abortion. I am 100% pro-life.

Israel

King David 3,000 years ago established and occupied Jerusalem of which has had 36 battles in its history. The most sought after land on the planet Earth is Israel. Palestinian Islamic Jihad was established in 1981 to form a Mandatory Palestine and for the destruction of Israel. Terrorist groups Hezbollah and Hamas have been attacking Israel since 1985, which still is ongoing as of 2022. Jerusalem is the capital of Israel. Thanks to President Donald J Trump, the US Embassy is located in Jerusalem.
